Yes, they fit my Boston terrier, he's a chunky man around the same size as his Frenchie friends

Q: Are these good for a swimming+dock diving+underwater fetcher 40lb dog?

I'm not sure if they would come off when underwater but the straps hold pretty good on my Frenchie when I ride him around on my UTV. I think they're well made for the cost!

Q: What level UV protection? UVA and UVB? What percent? For a service dog, so I need to be sure.

Original poster, where you able to find out if these were UV400? If you purchased, how was the fit? Looking for goggles with maximum UV protection for a 65lb GS working dog.
