Works for me!
I have a long history with constipation but with age it has gotten even worse. For many years I stayed "regular" with stool softners - several am and pm every day. But several years ago that stopped working. I went to specialists and have done a multitude of very embarrasing tests. I finally happened upon this product and one every night and I usually have a bowel movement the next morning. Every once is a while I will skip a day and I just stay the course and the next day I'm usually back on course. But if not, I take just one more during the day and then again the regular at night and that takes care of it.
