Can this be used to raise the pitch on bass? i play with a group that use capos to raise to another pitch, i.e. capo 3 play in "g"to end up in bb

lon spurgeon is incorrect. The 'Pitch Shift' setting does exactly what you asked and that is what I use it for, for bass. I've used it to change the key to bass up to 4 steps up and down. lon spurgeon is likely referring to the 'Harmony' setting.

Is this a harmonized for voice singing

Not sure. I only use it for my guitars.

Can you play one note and get a power chord, such as E5, G5? I'm asking due to a hand injury which makes doing power chords painful.

It says it is but I’ve never used it for harmonies. I use it instead of a capo if I only need to raise or lower the pitch a few half steps.
