## Description

The 6 in. round drain grate blocks them from entering and potentially clogging the pipeline, as it drains light flows of stormwater from small lawns, landscaped areas, patios, and walkways. The 6 in. Round Drain Grate, also known as a drain cover, has an open surface area of 9.1 sq. in. and a flow rate of 28 GPM. Connects to the Spee-D Catch Basin Drain, 6 in. sewer and drain pipe & fittings and 6 in. single-wall corrugated pipe for a soil-tight fit. The pipe grate is ADA Compliant and heel-proof. Built to stand up to the elements, it’s made of polyethylene, a type of plastic, using a combination of virgin and recycled content treated with UV inhibitors to prevent fading and cracking from the sun. **Q: Can this product be painted to match surrounding pavers?**
A: You probably could, but I don't think it's worth the trouble. They do also come in black. If you decide to go the paint route, it would have to be an exterior paint and also be compatible with PVC. It would have to be a light coat or sprayed on and the added thickness could compromise the effectiveness of the grate. It's a detail job if you don't want it to look sloppy. For using it with pavers, I would get the black one and move on.

**Q: I have a 6" id drain pipe.  will this fit inside the 6" inside diameter pipe that i have?**
A: Hi, Round Grate is tapered at the bottom. The grate will fit 6" Sewer or Drain pipe and pipe couplings.

**Q: Do you have a 10imch cap?**
A: No

**Q: I'm going to cut a 6" hole in my concrete, will this sit flush?**
A: No, it's made to fit into 6" PVC pipe.  It has a 1/4 inch lip around the top that measures 6 3/4".
