I use these in all my shoes and also in my boxing shoes. Just a very nice product that is properly made, all corners nicely smoothed out, just feel of it you know that will last. I test drove these on a 6 mile walk, no issues. Test drove on a 45 boxing heavy bag workout - no issues. The heel has a nice "cup" where it cradles your foot properly.
