Great product. If you take vitamin D, you need K2 to properly absorb the vitamin D into bones rather than the vascular system where it can cause calcifications. Why this is not publicized is baffling to me. Why my cardiologist or rheumatologist never fully informed me either is very upsetting. This product is completely tasteless and so easy to take

It works. Verified by blood test. I was taking way too much because it has a slight berry flavor when I add it to my greek yogurt and peanut butter and I was convinced my body wasn't going to absorb enough anyway. My levels went from 10.4 to 112. I've since eased up. So maybe don't do that.. ya know, overdose on it.. but it's clearly legit and is now one of my subscriptions.

Vitamin D3 with K2 is excellent for kidney health. I prefer the drops over the pills because swallowing pills has always bothered me. It’s really great.
