Buying furnitures on amazon is certainly not something i would do very often based on past experiences. But this one is different. Was looking for a good mesh chair suitable for work from home / home office purpose. Straightaway, the number of positive reviews was the only reason i shortlisted this product. I was a little sceptical if i would get the expected quality. I would segregate the review in pros and cons and why i rated this 4 stars. Pros- 1) does what it says (ergonomic) and is really comfortable for long hours of work 2) adjustable arm rests. I didn't understand the importance of adjustable arm rests until i used one. While working, the most comfortable position is when the elbow and the wrist are at same horizontal level. Adjusting the seating height often disturbs that level and that is where adjustable armrests come in need. 3) the pentagon legs look very light but are actually quite adequate in weight which gives the confidence to lean back without losing balance. Reclines well without any noise or issues. They perfectly balanced the recline pressure (not too soft, not too hard) 4) i am a pretty heavy guy (93kgs and 6ft. tall) and this chair is comfortable for my anthropometric ratios. Good lumbar support. 5) mesh quality is good and fairly tight enough. The seat is padded nicely and has that mesh finish which is doesn't let you sweat. The headrest is just okay and has an adjustable height. Obviously having a headrest is a big advantage when you lean back during long hours of work and gives the chair a very attractive look too. 6) easy installation, good packaging and quick delivery. Cons- 1) The headrest support bar seems to be made of plastic which makes it look not so premium or sturdy if you look closely. I understand they had to make the top portion of the chair lighter hence they went for plastic over metal. I tried resting my head on the headrest which was good enough. Seems to have a little bit of spring action. No problems there but i would like to test out how it stands out in terms of durability over time since the support bar is plastic. I am sure the company must have given it a thought before releasing this model. Could have been a better head support in terms of pivot point too. 2) the adjustable armrest has a little bit of wiggle/play to it. And thats only when you look for it. I guess that is because of the fact that it is adjustable. During normal usage you won't notice that play/wiggle in the armrest. 3) the Hydraulic piston which helps the chair seat to go up and down, is a little bit on the harder side when you sit. Upward movement is good but it's a little less smooth when you sit. I've used better and smoother hydraulics in chairs cheaper than this. But thats only in terms of smoothness/hardness. The harder piston makes me think that this won't stay very smooth during long term usage but I can't really say that until I've used the chair for a longer time. So durability of the hard hydraulics is something which i will decide upon later. Keeping this in mind, its not a deal breaker. Still okay to use. 4) this chair is perfect for a person who is fairly tall. My legs reach the floor just perfectly when the piston is at mid or low adjusted piston height. I have another office chair which can go little bit further down in terms of sitting height (good for medium or short height people). 5) the chair is a little bit on the costlier side of the range. The price makes me want to believe, they could have reduced the price a little in order to justify all the points made above. I got it for 8.6k. maybe 7.5k would have been a really compelling price where i wouldn't have complained about the cons. But at 8.6k, i really needed to bring out the cons too. Finally, i feel they've done a pretty good job at manufacturing and shipping a mesh chair is comfortable, ergonomic and also looks elegant. Mesh chairs are a must have for work environments.

Lovely chair for the price. Easy assembly, simple instructions. The cushion is comfy, and the chair seems to be sturdy. The height adjustment, recline/tilt locks are all great. Recommended to go for it.

The chair is comfortable and good, the only thing that concerns me is the headrest, when leaned back a little, just disconnects from the chair as the hole is larger than the screw for the headrest. A washer for that screw could have helped with this. Other than that, the cushion and the armrest are worth the price.

It's only been a day since I've started using the chair. It arrived before the estimated time and the packaging was protective enough for an item like a chair. It has 5 parts that need to be assembled. All parts were covered in cling film and protective cardboard wrap. Despite this the tilt-tension cup at the bottom of the cushion had scuff marks right out of the box. Whether this is a fabrication flaw or damage during packing or shipping is anyone's guess. The chair is mostly made of plastic which seems sturdy, but lacks finish. I would've liked a better grade of finish for this price point. The chair came with a QR code that directs you to the assembly instructions. It takes a few steps and about 15 minutes to put this together. About the chair, let's start from the bottom. The castor wheels seem sturdy and the wheel spokes seem to be made out of metal. The hydraulic rod upon which the cushion sits has the right resistance as you lower the seating position. However, I anticipate that this will change with time and use. The seat cushion is unimaginative and pretty much run of the mill. The softeness/firmness seems right, however, I can't imagine sitting in it for hours at a stretch. The tilt-tension knob at the bottom doesn't seem to do anything. It's hard to twist in either direction and produces no effect on the swiftness at which the backrest can be drawn back. The cushion has a lever to adjust height and to lock the backrest to minimum recline. The chair doesn't allow you to lock it in a recline position of your choice. Thigh coverage is adequate for adults ranging from 5'5" to 5'8". The lumbar rest is the only consolation in this chair. Easy to adjust and the cushion is of the correct firmness to support the spine. The arm rests can be adjusted for height by pushing the buttons on the side and moving them up or down. The sliding motion is jerky and might take some effort. The backrest is lackluster and I wish they had paid more attention while designing it. It's firm and only hugs the lower half of your back. The shoulder blades and scapula are unsupported which might produce soreness if you sit in this chair for too long. I am not too fond of the nylon mesh for the backrest because it gives the feel of sitting in a hammock. The head rest is where the design loses all grips of reality. I might as well have bought a chair without a headrest. The headrest doesn't move forwards-backwards; it only swings up and down and has a vertical height adjustment. However, in a close to upright position of seating, the head rest stays about 3 inches away from the back of my head. In order to rest my head, I will have to throw it back against the headrest which makes for a horrible viewing angle when I am working. There is a knob for the headrest which does nothing. This is the second such part in the chair that provides no effect on the settings of the chair. So, if you want a chair under 10K and are just starting your home office with no certainty whether you will continue working from home for a long time, then this is the chair for you. If you are settled about working from home or are shopping for your second or third home-office chair, up your budget by another 5K and buy a different chair. As a tip, make sure the backrest of the chair you buy has a cushion not a mesh. Edited July 15, 2024: The headrest snapped off spontaneously. I emailed the company about this hoping to get a solution. They never wrote back. Knocking them down to 1 star.

The chair is comfortable and stable. I would have like the tilt feature and wheels to have slightly more resistance so that it can have a slower movement, but still a good buy for the price range. The mesh back helps ventilation and keeps cool in warm weather, unlike a gaming chair. I had a minor setting issue with my chair and product support was very prompt in helping with it
