I love MSG. Lowered my BP quite a bit.
MSG is a great product if you want to cut back on salt. I mix it with my regular salt and I use much less salt than before and without losing taste. MSG doesn't give me headaches. It is a naturally occurring substance found in lots of things. Some might be sensitive to it but almost nobody is actually allergic. The Japanese use it in elderly homes to reduce salt and to make food taste better because as we age we lose taste buds. If you use correct amount almost any savory dish is improved. Just don't use too much or you can wreck it.

Makes just about any food you put it on taste better. This is a much cheaper option than the little shaker of Accent you can get at the grocery store and better taste and quality in my opinion.
