The Ginger People Organic Minced Ginger 6.7 Ounce (Pack of 2)

I’ve used the product before and it is always tasty and convenient. The seller is great because the packaging is superior to the typical Amazon packaging.

This is a staple in my pantry. This minced ginger is easy to cook with and boldly flavored. I frequently use this product in stir fry’s but also to mix in smoothies and juices.

This ginger is the perfect consistency to mix into everything—salad dressing, marinade, sauces, etc. Our son introduced it to us several years ago and now I can’t cook without it.

I use this in my smoothies. Great flavor, but it arrived leaking. After reading other reviews that stated the same, I thought the manufacturer would have fixed the problem, but no.

other than the absolute struggle i went through getting these jars open the product inside is decent quality and easy to use.

I’ve ordered from this company before and have loved the product. I’m disappointed this time after receiving two new jars with ginger that looks like it’s been exposed to air and allowed to turn brown. My older jar (mostly used) is still a pale yellow color. Not sure if the color indicates a quality issue or not, but I may try to return.

We have enjoyed this brand very much and just bought two more jars. The new jars arrived with acceptable future expiration dates, but looked very different from the last jar we were using. The ginger was dirty brown and pasty, instead of clean, bright, and granular. Upon reading the ingredients, we found that the country of origin and possibly the type of ginger were different. The jars we had were from China, with no identifying variety, while the new jars were from Fiji and contained what the ingredients list identified as "Queensland Pink" variety. It was the same Amazon item from the same seller, in the same jar, but obviously a different product which isn't at all what we've been getting. It isn't appealing at all. Don't like the bait and switch to which appears to be an inferior product. Couldn't return it so we got a refund.
