This product worked very well for me. I eat very clean and don't take any pharmaceuticals. I really do not have issues going to the bathroom but I wanted to do a colon cleanse and anyways. This product did not give me any cramps and I had no side affects. I normally went to the bathroom 1-2 times a day and I can say I went to the bathroom at least 3-6 times a day when taking this product. Of course the more you eat the more you poop. so it did really does blow your pipes out..lol I would recommend this product.

It is important that you clean your colon. Only one thing-I can NOT take 8 of those pills! Four is enough-but it gets the job done! I only wish that it could flatten this big ol'stomach of mine-that is not cute at all! But I rate this 5-star because this is as superb as it can get! Thank you for the fast service-I got the package, only I had to wait a day late thanks to the carrier not placing it in the office because the people there decided that they were going to feed their faces! Even though these vitamins are a bit pricey, they are economical for the pocketbook-480 pills in one big bottle? Man-you can't beat that folks!

Both my husband and I have been taking it for 6 days. The first two days nothing happened, day three we started going about 1-2 times a day; did not feel any discomfort, just felt the urge to go, it is mostly loose stools, not runny like diarrhea. We usually take 4 pills at 7am and drink a bottle of 12 OZ water, and take another 4 pills at 5pm with a bottle of water. In between drink more water and eat salad. We have not noticed any weight loss yet, but we definitely no longer feel bloated.

It seems every body is different. But for the most part, these work.Again, every body is different so from my experience.....it will be a bit painful but I guess that depends on how much needs to be cleaned out. Stomach cramps a bit but nothing that lasts more than 30 seconds. And ALWAYS have a bathroom nearby....you will need it. After a few days you will feel light as a feather. But do the whole 10 days. I'm using it to kick off my diet.

Love this stuff, helps keep me regular and when i ahve eaten too much i use them to help push though that bloating feeling. I rarely use 4 capsules as directed for one dose usually i do 2 in morning and 2 at night or just 3 at night as needed.

AMAZING product.. Works very well! A lot of people think this is only for weight loss.. THAT IS NOT TRUE! You NEED to be taking this product with fiber or else this can really mess up your colon! It does help you lose weight but you need to take it the way the directions tell you too or it can actually be dangerous to your body.
