My daughter needed a one piece for her swimming unit during PE. This has been perfect for that. It fits well, has held up nicely with multiple wears and washes (2-3 times a week for several weeks), and she likes the color.

Bought this for vacation. Nice quality, my daughter has been wearing it in and out of the ocean water and washing it afterwards. Stood up to sun, sand and salt. Still perfectly nice enough to use this summer. Sewing is on point. Color didn't fade. Solid product. Will buy another one this summer in different color. She didn't burn. Paired it with the columbia shorts.

Nice fit and comfort, but it didn't last a season. The pink mesh on the flanks started tearing off, and the fibers in the material started wearing out. But it lasted for 6 months.

Excellent swim suit for my 10 year old daughter! I purchased this suit for her to wear for swim lessons at school. She loved the fit and she’s picky and struggles with sensory issues with clothes. The fabric is thick and made well. Seams are strong.

This is a really great swimsuit for a toddler in swim lessons. No wedgies (which is a BIG deal to my little one) since her Minnie and Elsa swimsuits both gave her wedgies at previous swim lessons. Pretty easy to put on once you get the razor back top pulled over the shoulders. The swimsuit does slightly stretch once it gets wet but not too much. It is also lined inside all the way on both sides of the suit. We bought the purple and the hot pink... both colors are great and no fading so far. I have used Speedo swimsuits for laps for YEARS and I am not disappointed at all in the quality of the children's version. Like other reviewers have stated the fit is VERY small. SIZE UP UP UP! A size 5 is just perfect for my daughter who is normally a 4T (approx. 32 lbs and 40 inches tall). Not much room to grow (I probably should have done a 6 to have it last longer).

Well constructed suit, lining prevents seeing through but runs small. I ordered a 7 for my daughter (she’s an 7 bottom and 6 girls top) and it barely pulls up or allows her arms to slide in. Order a size up.

My 9.5 y/o is a pretty narrow/petite (but strong) kiddo. She is about 4’3” and just over 65 lbs. Shas always had to choose particular brands of pants, cause too many brands would be too wide in the hips to be the right length for her. So I’ve been having a hard time to find swimming suits at this age that fit right, and aren’t inappropriately wide in the bum area for her. I got her a size 10 in the Speedo suit after reading some of the other reviews of people that fit into the 8, and seemed to have similar body types (just a little smaller), and it worked out well. Suit fits perfect, has a little room for movement (even dry, so will have that flex when wet), and is well-designed. She loves it! Not only is this pattern even more vibrant and beautiful in person (like that mint blue background is much more stunning in person - and it seems a bit less orangey than the picture), but it is soft and well-made. Would absolutely recommend if you have a kiddo with a similar body type.
