Love everything about this amazing TV!
My life is now complete! Great gaming mode. Tons of great inputs. I can "Smart View" directly from my Android phone. Screen is gorgeous. Setup service was awesome. Not great in full sun. Amazing in shaded room. 40W Dolby Atmos Sound is awesome! Digital audio hookup to 120W Yamaha soundbar I already had was super easy but honestly I almost never use it except for huge, epic action type movies as the internal speakers on the projector are super fantastic for 95% of my viewing needs. Doesn't heat up the room. Very quiet operation. Setup to match to the screen was very easy with helping tools provided by Hisense, but you'll want to place it in a permanent location because it does take a little time to get it perfectly centered like you'll want it. I do wish the refresh rate was higher. But I'm otherwise deliriously happy even with the huge price tag. I LOVE playing games on it. Family loves watching and hearing movies on it. I'm gaga for my 10' ultra short throw 4k triple laser projector! I've now had this TV for 2 years and I'm just as in love with it as I was on day 1. Note, be sure to buy the longest service plan you can get. I have had to call in service twice now due to "dead pixel" white spots on the picture that I believe required the optical chip be replaced. Certainly not a deal breaker under warranty. We'll see how Hisense responds once my service plan ends. Hopefully they'll allow me to extend it.

NO TECH SUPPORT
The tv picture is not good and not able to make any adjustments, No tech support, we call Walts TV ,they tell our to call Hisense, we wait 3 hours on phone call with Hisense and they never call back ,the unit still not work ... Never buy from this company again, No tech support ...calling them is a waiting time,no one able to help.

Two stuck pixels in 36 months!
I bought in the hype from reviews but in reality this is truly a budget projector with mediocre quality. After 24 months I have permanent stuck white pixel in the image, after exactly three years, I now have two stuck pixels. The product doesn’t last, it’s not worth the $ for the ridiculous short life.

Best projector I have ever seen, so happy to have my own theater now
I am simply amazed at how stunning the image quality is. It surpasses theaters in my area with quality and brightness. Installation: The projector comes in a separate box within the main shipping box so it is less likely to take damage, same goes for the screen and frame. The Frame takes around 4 hours for 2 people to build when taking things very slowly to make sure no mistakes are made. Hanging the screen takes seconds thanks to the wonderful hanging hardware it comes with. It also works on walls that are not very straight as we found out our wall has a good half an inch to an inch of deflection and it doesn't cause any issue. Setup: It can take a few attempts to align the picture just right and even then it will not fit the screen 100% perfect (I have an inch top and bottom that the project doesn't fill) but that doesn't impact the quality one bit. Dolby Vision is a nice addition it has now as well so colors pop! OS: This is my first time using Android TV and I am not a fan. We have many people in the house and want to swap between profiles on YouTube, but to do that we have to use Google Play app to change profiles. On FireStick it is a simple change in the YouTube app to change profiles. Easy fix as we simply plugged in the FireStick. The rest of the Android OS is very fast and smooth, much more so than FireStick. I am hoping they can fix the profile selection in the future. Also big caveat is it still does not have NetFlix in the built in OS.

Very impressed so far.
This technology is amazing. Coupled with the ALR screen no trouble watching during full daylight. Sound is surprisingly impressive. Screen was a pain to set up - not difficult but will take time to get it right. Interface easy, and very good app selection. Remote response is swift and predictable. Also very responsive to voice commands. I can not speak of reliability- only had it for several weeks, but so far no issues. Overall 2thumbs up. Hopefully cost of this technology will become more accessible.

Good, but auto geometric screen is lousy
This is a great TV, when it is in alignment. But getting there is an ordeal and that automatic geometric app (yep, you need a smart phone for some reason) is crap. It takes many, many, MANY attempts for it to finally work. Really a shame, it's got a great picture.

Worth the effort and fine tuning
Had a 75" before. This projector is well worth the price and time to set up. If you don't know much about home theater, get help to make sure everything is set up and tuned properly. Also make sure the screen is the right side up. Mainly use in the dark, but still works well with light in the room. Great video quality and picture adjustments to customize. Have an Atmos surround set up, but the built in speakers are impressive for being built in. Screen set up and adjusting the projector to the screen takes some time and patience. The pictures don't do it justice. Better in person. Did a lot of research and this is worth the buy. Huge delivery from freight, on 2 pallets. Lights were on behind me for picture.

Terrible Product and Company
This was a great Laser TV projector for the first 2 ½ years, now the DMD chip is failing and since it is out of warranty Hisense provides absolutely no support. (Other than automated service that tells you to power cycle the unit, which doesn’t fix a hardware issue) They want nothing to do with product out of warranty, they don’t even provide a customer paid repair service. So, if you want a disposable $5000 laser TV that lasts less than 3 years from a company who provides zero customer support outside your short warranty, than this is the Laser TV (and company) for you! I’m sure the positive reviews were written prior to warranty lapse.

Best the Money Could Buy
I had done a decent amount of research beforw buying this. and the quality has not disappoint one bit. If yu have $ 5K don.t think of buying anything else. Picture is as sharp as it can possibly get. Just a small concern with the black levels but Overall one hell of a Laser TV projector.

I have a pixel out less than a year. Not really happy.
Well, I have a pixel out left of centre. I've only had this a couple of months.

Terrible service for an expensive TV. Slow email responses, dismissive support, unresolved issues
I strongly advise against purchasing this TV. My experience with the service department has been nothing short of a nightmare. They can only be contacted via email, and their response time is abysmal, often taking weeks. When they finally did respond, they dismissed the bright white spot on the screen as “normal” and not covered under warranty. Despite sending multiple follow-up emails, I haven’t received a response in over three weeks. For the price paid, I expected much better service and support. This has been a terrible experience overall.

Wastage of money
Cheap quality. Not like at all. Do not buy it. Amazon charge for return shipping too. I paid $550 for sending this garbage back to them
