This is the most reasonable way to buy peanuts if your feeding squirrels

for the squirrels
We purchase these to feed the squirrels which helps keep them out of our bird feeders. In the last shipment, one of the bags had pantry moths inside - gross. I will say that we've purchased these many times and this is the first time we had an issue. Hopefully it was just a one-off in quality.

Product arrived short one bag
Initially I had given this a poor review due to being shorted one bag. However the company quickly issued a credit for the missing bag. The product is good and the squirrels like it. The price is a bit much though and I’m hoping I’ll find it cheaper elsewhere.

Good nuts.
I’ve become a self title expert on peanut quality and Best Buy for your buck. During COVID and holed up in my cave I started feeding some of the local chipmunks and the ravin couple who have lived around here for years. Now my neighbor is wondering we’re all the chipmunks that used to hang around his place gone. There at my place getting a free meal. I have found that Hampton Farms taste and freshness is the best of the various bulk shelled peanuts I have purchased. They also score on best price if you buy them from Costco. I bought some yesterday and they were about six bucks a bag. Hampton Farms, makes me think of sunshine and cows. Looking at peanuts growing can’t be that exciting

Peanut Farmers have no Control over Who Sells their Peanuts
These peanuts are really good peanuts. They are Groups of Farmers that produce these peanut crops. They get together and discuss growing their crops with each other to find out what works and they feel that they are the Best Peanut Growers in the region. Their methods really are, the old saying two heads are better than one. They are very disciplined in their farming and proud to be peanut farmers. They sell their own peanuts and other cool things on their website, they also have lots of recipes. You should visit their story page of families raising peanuts. I have much greater respect for Hampton Farms after reading more about them. They invite all for a tour of their Farms. Now for the Peanuts, what I dont' care for is peanut dust. the peanut dust is actually part of the roasting practice and you can't have one without the dust. The color of the peanuts can look sometimes a little funky, but it is from Roasting. Do you know how old the peanuts are? Too, This can also account for a peanuts paticulal look So if your as picky as I am, go to the Farmer and check out what they have and perhaps you will fall in love with their peanuts because they are so fresh or yo can continue to have peanuts out of stock and not know about it or get the bottom of the barrel. I sure am glad I took a trip to the Farm, it has cast away all my doubts about the issues everyone seems to have with these peanuts and why. So don't blame the peanut farmer. Blame the one selling them at such a ghastly Price and them never being in stock.
