This really works for our 3-year-old! She’s full of energy, and bedtime can be a challenge. Since starting this, she actually settles down easier and falls asleep on time. She enjoys the taste, and we haven’t had any issues with her stomach. The quality is great! It doesn’t have a weird smell and feels gentle and effective. I'm an adult and decided to try Melatonin to help my sleep. I read that the optimum dose of Melatonin was 1mg for everyone. For some reason when I was searching for options that were "1mg" the choices that came up were marked for "Kids" but I figured 1mg was 1mg so I ordered these. They work excellently for me by just making it easier to fall asleep. They do not "knock you out", etc. I was just able to feel more relaxed and am able to nod off earlier with no tossing and turning. They are chewable, very small, but are a little tart even for me :)

This is my favorite brand I have found for my daughter. Delightfully sour grape flavor. Melatonin 1mg is perfect if she needs help falling asleep. I have tried them myself and I'm crawling for bed 30 minutes later. Haha!

We always get these because they are great to help my son sleep on the plane for long flights. We also like it because it can beat jet lag by having him sleep and adjust to the time zone we are in. He still doesn't swallow pills so the chewables are great. He doesn't mind the taste.

My 4 year old son is autistic and we usually have to sit by his bed to make sure he is laying down for bed or else he will get up and run around. It takes about 30 minutes to an hour for him to sleep. He tends to to get burst of energy’s before bed. We decided to purchase this melatonin to try. So far for 3 nights he has been able to knock out right away. It is helping my husband and I put him to bed easier and less time sitting on the floor by his bed. My son seem like he sleep better and I notice he wakes up happy. This melatonin works faster than the last one we used. So far no bad side effects. It smells like grape but my son has no problem taking it. It works perfectly. I gave it for star for now. I will give it about a month before I update

We have been giving these at bedtime to my daughters since they were about 3 years old. They work like a charm...about 45 minutes after taking them, my girls are either fast asleep (or begging to go to sleep). We always take them right before bath time. They are godsends, especially if you have very active children/poor sleepers. Our pediatrician recommended them to us (she gives them to her own kids), and there are no side effects or grogginess to worry about. They just help kids fall asleep quickly, easily, and naturally...and my kids stay asleep, too. Everybody wins. Thank you, Zarbee. Please never stop making these!!!
