### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ funktioniert!

Ich verwende den Schweißpunkt-Fräser um bei meinem VW T3 Syncro Teile des Längsträgers ("Syncrobeule") auszubauen. Sobald man den Schweißpunkt gefunden hat, körnt man diesen ordentlich an. Dann setzt man den Fräser an und "sägt" ein kreisrundes Loch um den Schweißpunkt. Anfangs rutscht mir der Fräser leider sehr häufig weg. Dabei bricht dann häufig ein Zahn aus der Bohrkrone ab. Ob das jetzt an der Spitze des Fräsers liegt, oder nicht ordentlich angekörnt, kann ich nicht sagen. Auf jeden Fall eiert die Spitze immer mal, manchmal hilft geradebiegen. Es ist aber auch eine Ersatzspitze dabei, falls sie dann doch mal abbricht. Hat man es einmal geschafft, gerade anzubohren und einen kreisrunden Schnitt zu setzen (hohe Drehzahl, gaaaanz vorsichtig drücken), arbeitet der Fräser im Akkubohrer ganz gut. Er kann dann nicht mehr weg rutschen. Ich war erstaunt, wie schnell das bohren geht. Die Bohrkronen sind scharf. Schutzbille auf jeden Fall nötig, besonders wenn man nach oben bohrt, dann rieselt haufenweise Späne. Die richtige Tiefe zu fräsen ist nicht immer ganz einfach, aber sobald Roststaub kommt, ist man beim Oldtimer weit genug. Dann muss man das Blech abmeißeln und zurück bleibt ein kleiner "Blechpunkt", welcher final mit der Flex entfernt wird. Ich bin kein Profi, aber langjähriger Hobby-Schrauber. Das war mein erster Schweißpunktfräser, bisher habe ich nur flache Bohrer verwendet. Ob das bei dünneren Blechen genausogut funktionert, habe ich nicht probiert. Dicke Rahmenbleche würde ich wieder damit ausbohren.
