These fit perfectly and fixed my issue. Cheaper than OEM parts and seem decent quality. Our Samsung washer was getting unbalanced and erroring and stopping constantly. I read that if you push down on the tub and it bounces more than once, these need replaced. I did the test and it bounced a little more than once so it was a bit confusing since they still felt tight doing this test. After replacing these we haven't had any issue being unbalanced. When I did the test again, you can really tell the difference. It comes right back up for the one "bounce" and it feels more solid. Pulled the back panel and the top, pulled out the old, in with the new, and put it all back together. Easy install, less than an hour.

Was exactly as expected. Fit just right. Washer works like new.

So far so good the 1st week. 5 loads no issues yet. 2 months will be the test 1 year the hope Update: 1 month no concerns. Still strong Really impressed how well this is holding up. Much long than the last rods from different company. Zero issues since install and I have ran many heavy loads for family of 4 multiple times a week for over a month. Update: very impressed. Handled blankets and sheets. Massive loads. Very happy with purchase.

Maybe I was unlucky, but the washing machine was wobbling just like with the old set. I bought it from another seller and they fixed the unbalance error. In the photo, the item I'm reviewing is on the right, and the ones on the left and blue are the ones that helped. The hook on this item is bad, but the other one has a good hook. This item got original hook. Which is bad. Its was hard to put it on the washer
