Makes great pickles
This works well for everything from cucumbers to pears and everything in between. So far I’ve made cucumber, daikon, eggplant, pear, and rhubarb pickles from this mix, and they’ve all been great. They aren’t like American pickles, but they taste wonderful. It’s great for a simple meal of rice, furikake, and pickles, and they make me happy.

Wife loves it
Wife had me order and she loves it. Of course it helps to be Japanese so I get her what she wants.

Meal without tsukemono is missing some excitement.
Wash and cut vegetables and rub in powder. That's it. You can eat tsukemono in one hour. I enjoy it with SAKE watching Japanese U-Tube every night. That's my highlights of the day. BE HAPPY!!

Easy to make Japanese pickles. Authentic and tasty
Easy to use, Fresh Chinese Napa, egg plant or cucumber, if available daikon radish, mix with this. I put cutting veritable in a container with lid and sprinkle this . then shake it well leave it in a fridge a couple of hour or over night or more. That's it. If this is the first time, worth to try. The test is salty if you do not like salty food, just reduce the amount to use.
