Defective outer covering
The product was bought in July but was not used immediately. Now,it has been found that the outer cover has come out of the beading provided to hold it and hence cannot be used anymore. It is surprising that there was an inherent defect on the product. On the second use the clutch broke and the parts were in tatters. Had to hide it from others around.

Nice but chain is getting stuck in hairs
Bag is good but the chain is not at all good. When i used it with chain, the chain was getting stuck in my hair and breaking my hair all the time it used to get stuck. Plz maintain quality of everything that u send.

You have keep this in a cover it properly .

Bad quality
