I liked it so much, that after listening to the audio book, I purchased the paperback version so I could use it as a quick reference. I am still trying to convince my daughter to read it, but she's 18 and already has all the answers to lifes deepest mysteries ;). I highly recommend this book.

Very enlightening
This book definitely gave me a new perspective on life and how we handle different situations. I do believe we need to always be vigilant on our mental health. When life starts throwing lemons your way, this would be a great resource to reevaluate to get your mind refocused. I liked it so much, that after listening to the audio book, I purchased the paperback version so I could use it as a quick reference. I am still trying to convince my daughter to read it, but she's 18 and already has all the answers to lifes deepest mysteries ;). I highly recommend this book.

Dispenza!
Wow. Understanding why he uses "space" so much (which I don't particularly care for). And, for me, I don't need the extended time taken to get into deep meditation but the result of much of the ideas offered are very helpful. His understanding and stance on changing your life is really good. Especially if you find the clips Your tube?) where he explains how the brain/mind/body work. I love his educational approach. There is a lot of info also on Gaia, but that is a subscription. It's inexpensive enough to try it for yourself and see if it works for you. It has improved my life!

Important info
This is my second book from Dr. Dispenza! He has some fascinating case studies showing how we can heal ourselves when we leave our conscious state and meditate to find ourselves in a subconscious state where we can discover our universal healing self.

This is an amazing meditation which touches the subconscious and really promotes change. I would recommend the book with the same title which explains how it works.

This book is amazing. I really does a great job and road mapping the brain and expressing it some I could understand it. It has some worksheets in the back that helps walk you through some behaviors and learning what the root of them may be in your own personal life journey. For anyone seriously wanting to understand the brain in order to change some unwanted patters of behavior, this is a great start. It is fairly scientific at the start, you may need to re-read some of it but it evens out after a few chapters. Dr. Dispenza simply wants to give the reader a basic blue print for understanding what part of the brain is being used and what they do when a person has thoughts, feelings i.e..

Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys meditation!
Before reviewing this CD series, I would like to put my purchase into context. I have always been interested in other religions and other cultures all my life, and even though my parents were nominally Catholic, they were also very secular people, and so on one hand, they raised me to be interested in other cultures and other religions, yet paradoxically, I was never raised in a religion, as such. All I was told growing up was that there was a higher power, that there was an afterlife, and to be a good person, but beyond that, I never really had any real religious or spiritual foundation to my life. That was OK when I was little, but once I entered high school and college, and really began to meet lots of people of different religions who were, in fact, religious or spiritual, I began to want that in my life; and it was in college that I really became interested in the religions and spiritual traditions of India. Even though I majored in Islamic World Studies, I began to discover that my own personal worldview was much more in line with Hinduism and the other religions and spiritual traditions of India. When I graduated from college in 2012, I was determined to find either a traditional Hindu guru or some other kind of person who was, in one way or another, well versed in meditation or other Yogic practices. Initially, in 2019, I began seeing a woman called Susan L. Atchison, a holistic spiritual healer, therapist and author who runs a holistic healing center called Healing Soul and who is well versed in various forms of spiritual healing from various religions and spiritual traditions. Before the pandemic, she lived a couple of streets down from my house and I used to see her once a month with a bunch of other people, but from the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic up until May of 2023, we had virtual sessions every week. Ever since July of 2023, I have been regularly meditating virtually with a different meditation teacher, a woman called Rajni Tripathi, a meditation teacher and therapist based in South Carolina who runs an organization called the Yoga Alliance. I see Rajni at least once a week, or sometimes more than that, depending on her schedule. So that is the background. I discovered the meditations of Dr. Joe Dispenza by mere happenstance about a year ago while researching meditation and listening to various kinds of meditations and meditation teachers online, and I found Dr. Dispenza’s meditations to be incredibly beautiful, soothing and spiritual. In addition to this CD series, Dr. Joe Dispenza has a lot of other extremely soothing meditations out there. I really do enjoy this CD series, and I listen to it frequently, especially when I need to calm down and relax. My only criticism, of this series, however, is not substantive but---for lack of a better word---technical. I was under the impression that these CDs would have MORE meditations on them than they actually do. I was expecting there to be more than two discs with several different meditations of varying lengths, but sadly, there are only two very long meditations plus the spoken introduction, so that was a bit of a bummer. I was hoping there would be more. The only thing that would have made this series better would be if it had consisted of more CDs and if it had MORE meditations on it than the two that were, in fact, included on it. Overall, however, I would HIGHLY recommend this CD---or really any of Dr. Dispenza’s meditation recordings---to anyone who enjoys meditation or if, as mentioned before, anyone just wants to calm down and relax.

I had heard about these meditations but was not expecting too much, however I was surprised to find that even my first use led to a change in my heath and mood. I was more inclined to do things I had been neglecting through apathy and blood pressure and glucose readings reduced. These things were not clinically very high but I was still interested to find some small but beneficial changes. I intend to continue to use these meditations and see if other benefits emerge.

This is a great addition to Dr. Joe's book. It was not easy for me to meditate in the beginning but Dr. Joe Dispenza made it easy with his guided meditation CD.

This is so worth the praise, if you need to rewire your brain from constant worry, anxiety, and even fear, start with this Guy. Every day for 3 weeks, and it will change the way you think.
