Useful and sturdy.
I'm a large guy. After a long work week it can really do wonders. Punishing and relieving for that troublesome area. I have a more expensive roller but this one works better because it holds up to my weight and it's height plus the narrow structure do things the other one can't.

Wonderful for back and shoulder tension
I have a longer one i use at home but wanted one for work so i got this one. Works just as great. Gets pops and irons out stiff back and shoulder muscles from leaning forward all day at work instantly. I swear it saves me most days. Nice and stiff roller.. the other mushy ones just don't do the trick. I used to think I liked them better.. nope!

I wanted this to be able to roll it under my back for pain relief but it’s really really hard.

This foam roller very basic, sturdy, and gets the job done! Great price for the value and the color is gorgeous. I would consider this a "firm" roller.

Hard roller with no give
This foam roller is hard. It hurts to rest my back on top of this during exercise. I prefer something softer with more give.

I returned it after I tried it one time.
The size was fine, but the roller itself was way to hard to be on. I own two foam rollers and never had a problem with any of them -- one is just foam and it's comfortable, and I also have a padded foam roller which is really comfortable.I found the Yes4All Set/Single High-Density Foam Roller to be so hard that I immediately sent it back to Amazon.
