Broke the chain 2 times. Fixed it.Then the handle snapped. Maybe I’m too strong.

Cannot attach the chain ..looks like missing something

Doesn't provide enough length
It says it reaches 12". The pipe I was trying to remove was 12" and the chain was too short by about 1/2" to fit around the pipe. Very disappointing and money wasted.
