Dead on arrival. Had to pay to ship back
Being recently disabled, my funds were limited, but a laptop was more of a necessity than in the past. Found this laptop for a good price, placed the order. Arrives on time, with minimal bubble packaging in a box 4-5 times needed. The bonus sleeve it comes with was easily large enough for a 17" model and therefore useless. Plugged it in, let charge sufficiently, turn it on. Flashes back and forth from blue " restarting" screen to black hp logo screen. That's it. Call product support. Told via automated response to enter CC information as i will have to pay for assistance. Call Amazon customer service. After being switched back and forth to 4 different people, whom i have to explain my entire issue to each time, im told its a common problem with the battery and to send it back. Send me a shipping label that I have to pay the postage on. After dropping off and out $17.25, i call to be reimbursed and to know when funds would be available to buy another laptop (stupid me). Argued for half an hour or so, credited in 24hrs. *But WAIT! It gets better! Order a different one (as none of the same model are available except full price) for an additional $80....it's now been 4 days, shows that its being delivered by 10:00. NOPE. Call CS...NEVER EVEN SHIPPED. "Must be a glitch" is the response. Want to credit my amazon card instead of going back to Visa as if im gonna try this a third time. Still waiting on response. If not, small claims court. I have nothing but time.

Good laptop but no back-lit keybaord
Was really wishing it had a backlit keyboard...based on a review i saw on this particular listing. but unluckily for me the version i got doesnt have a backlit keyboard.Its according to spec though and everything works fine.Before i forget my shipment was also missing the free hdmi cable.☹☹

Great Laptop with a good price
The laptop is fast and easy to use. Much better than expected. I am still getting use to all the features but so far I am pleased with the apps and speed.

This thing is honestly junk… completely dead battery upon arrival… battery will not charge even after turning all the settings to lowest setting… extremely slow … 600$ wasted honestly not even worth the 1 start review it made me give
