It was packaged well and contained all the needed parts and even extra tips for easy installation. It moved the handlebars to the needed length for me as I am 5'10" and found the stock handlebar length had my elbows nearly locked and shoulders slightly forward. Now, It is very comfy like my 900 Vulcan was. Very good product.Now...be prepared to have he needed allen wrenches, metric of course, and be VERY VERY VERY careful with this product as it will scratch easily. (They tell you that in the instuctions sent with) I found that I needed to relocate my front brake line behind my triple trees...which ment I had to bleed the front brakes. Again...very good product and I will be recommeding them to fellow riders.Just be prepared to do more work than popping these bad boys and and rolling.
