Ho già utilizzato questo Mass Gainer in passato e posso dire che i risultati sono stati eccellenti. Il gusto è sorprendentemente buono e si scioglie bene con l'acqua, senza grumi. Lo assumo regolarmente dopo l'allenamento, come indicato, e ho notato un incremento reale sia nella massa muscolare che nel livello di energia durante il recupero. Il mix di carboidrati, proteine, BCAA e creatina è davvero completo. Una sola porzione fornisce un apporto calorico perfetto per chi, come me, ha difficoltà a mettere su massa. Apprezzo molto anche il fatto che contenga vitamine utili contro la stanchezza, perché si sente davvero la differenza dopo giornate intense in palestra.

Buen sabor y aumenta de peso
Llevo usando este producto durante 2 meses y medio aproximadamente y estoy muy contento, he aumentado unos 5kg de peso en este tiempo y está bastante bien. En mi caso pedí el de sabor chocolate y al mezclarlo con agua no está tan bueno, pero si lo mezclas con leche sabe dulce y aumentas algo más de calorías. 10/10
