This waterproof cover fit over the immobilizer and kept my lower leg perfectly dry. Not a drop of water penetrated the seal. I'm 5'4" and the waterproof cover went over my knee and a few inches further. If you are tall, you may want to doublecheck the length of the cover vs. the length of your leg.

I purchased so I could shower after my knee replacement. My leg was confined to an immobilizer. This waterproof cover fit over the immobilizer and kept my lower leg perfectly dry.
