Love it!
I have a number of Anita’s books and they are all brilliant. This one is no exception. As always the recipes are clear and contain easy to obtain ingredients. There is excellent nutritional information in the first few chapters and I’m looking forward to trying all the recipes. Anita gives excellent advice on nutrition for athletes but I would also recommend this book to anyone interested in becoming vegan or even just wanting to incorporate more vegan food into their lifestyle. 5/5 from me!

This book is a winner cookbook.
I love Anita’s new book. Her information on sports nutrition using a plant based diet is spot on and I always like how Anita’s advice is easy to read and understand. I’ve only had the book a few days and already I’ve made the following breakfasts - the blueberry and lemon protein overnight oats, the vanilla and cinnamon quinoa porridge and the chocummus. We’ve also tried some of the one pot dishes including the black bean, butternut and cauliflower curry. The recipes are all easy to make and require everyday ingredients so are easy to source or are kitchen staples. The recipes are even approved by our 6 year old so that’s a winner in our books. I highly recommend this book.

Science based facts and outstanding recipes
Followed Anita for a number of years since I bought a book written by her 20 odd years ago! She is very articulate and everything she writes is backed with evidence. As an athlete I’ve always shied away from vegan/vegetarian food due to potential lack of protein. This book is a game changer in that respect. All the recipes are pretty high in protein and not only that..they are easy to follow and absolutely delicious. Well done Anita! This is the full monty 5 stars from me and highly recommended

These recipes look SO good.
It's not often I'll flip through a new recipe book and want to make 90% of the food, but as I flipped through this I cannot wait to try these all out! There's a good range of food and each recipe has clear instructions and nutritional info. There's also some very helpful information at the start of the book about the vegan diet/nutrition and exercise.

Another brilliant book from Anita
I am a massive fan of Anita’s previous books. Lots of her recipes were vegan or vegetarian (easily adapted to vegan) but I was delighted to see a fully vegan recipe book.I just love how Anita’s recipes are super easy to follow and you don’t need to buy any fancy expensive ingredients to create tasty and healthy meals.The book also contains lots of useful nutritional information which as a vegan who likes to exercise regularly I always find particularly helpful.First up on my list to recreate is the chickpea omelette!!
