Service for getting this product was quite good. However, I get the impression that the hat does not do anything. Looking underneath there is 6 triangle panels. Four seem to be of emf shielding material (off color) and the front two seem to be just plain material (all white). I tried wrapping a cell phone in it to see if it blocked a call/text signal. It did not. On the other hand, I also recently bought a tubed 'shielding headgear' from another supplier and it completely blocked a cell signal. I honestly feel I bought a somewhat regular hat with this product. I have yet to return a product to amazon.ca and would do so with this one. However, it is not a good time for me now to put the effort/learning curve needed to actually return it. A hat like this is an awesome idea. It just needs to pass the cell phone test for one to feel comfortable that it is a emf shielding product worth buying.

My first product from EMR and definitely not my last!It is not expensive for a cap made in canada with this standard of quality.5 stars because every little details are perfect, packaging, stitch, material quality...I must say I am very impress about this manufacturer.
