Once you start cooking with it, it is as necessary as olive oil. Since it has lovely garlic, not acrid like some other brands, and nice lemon top notes, it is great for spreading. Since it is unsalted, I like to add a sprinkle of salt when I spread it. Otherwise, I cook eggs in this one on a rotation with the Niter Kibbeh and Turmeric Black Pepper, and it is a no brainer for all fish, and chicken...basically, it is high heat tolerant garlic butter with a lemon twist. The flavor is crave-able and it never lasts very long at my house.
