Can someone tell me on the color “mood indigo” what it looks like on the inside? Is it solid or printed flowers like the pink or no color?

No color. Just plain straw. And FYI, it was crammed into a tiny box when it was shipped and it was broken in several places. Don't waste your money.

Can someone tell me if the front patch is sewn on or is it affixed with a glue or something else, can it be removed?

U can cut the thick threads off to remove patch.
