I bought this for my nine-year-old grandson who has autism. We look for things that are sensory, soothing, and appealing, as well as long lasting hopefully. When Asher turned on the device with it around his neck, we got a beautiful smile. He can wrap it partway around his waist he can put it up and down against him. He can put it on his face and under his arm. It just spins and all kinds of directions. It’s about 2 1/2 feet long. The fabric covering it is just wonderful, soft and comforting and just I chose the blue and it is just so appealing.Every item that pleases Asher is a home run and we are so grateful for this wonderful new tool in his toolbox of soothing devices.Sign me a happy grandmother!

I’m not a big fan of having anything vibrating on me. I’m more of a deep tissue massage, “let me nap for a bit” kinda guy. And if there is one thing I am always on the look out for, it’s comfortable napping accessories that are made with the finest of sensory stimulating materials.I found both in two items from this company, the neck and ball pillows (sold separately but should be offered together, as a deluxe maximum comfort napping pillow set, for the dad that just needs to rest his eyes)First good feeling vide from the company was the box (as seen in the product photo line). The solid colors were very refreshing to the eyes, I’m sure there is some sort of science behind this but that’s not my department. Second (for the neck pillow only) was the super sweet travel bag. Further proof that these pillows should be in a set, is the fact that both fit in said bag rather nicely.Now before we move onto the actual pillows and the need for batteries in both, Imma share a little secret with everyone who is new to the whole parenting thing. ALWAYS KEEP A SUPPLY OF BATTERIES STOCKED AND READY TO USE. This will prevent so much stress and disappointment from you , your significant other, your kids, your neighbors kids, and even your dog. The only one not bothered by anything would be the cat.Being prepared can really be applied to all aspects of life but I need to stay focused on the review of these products and not your life haha. So back to the pillows we shall go, And the neck pillow is first up.After you finish with the initial squeeze against your face, take some time and your eyeballs to do a quick assessment of the pillow’s layout. Here you will see there’s one end that has buttons and the other that has a zipper. Open the zipper and bingo bango, we have a compartment that’s screwed shut. And we all know what that means right, Prime real estate for a family of batteries. But wait, take a closer look (see picture for reference) One should instantly notice that something is off here. Once you get those batteries in and the screw secured, don’t be fooled by the on / off spot that’s in the same area. Remember the on / off button is on the other side.And there you have it folks, it’s ready to buzz at different speeds and patterns. easy peasy, lemon squeezy. Now just Zip it back up and start pushing them buttons.I love the fact that I did not need instructions and perhaps that’s why none are provided. It’s all pretty easy to figure out and feels great once you get that joker wrapped up on the neck. Plus you can bend it every which way to shape it as needed for maximum comfort.But wait, if you made the mistake of opening them in front of family like I did, then I’m sure you had to wait your turn as well. Both pillows were quickly snatched up by my loving family, they couldn’t resist the soothing sensations of the fuzzy fabric bumps that environ the squishiest material known to modern science. This is why it took so long for me to get this review in, I had to wait until I could snatch them back.Matter fact, it was yesterday (last week by the time this will clear Amazon and post) when the house was peacefully empty, that I found both of those pillows unattended. Once this opportunity presented itself, it didn’t take long for the magic to happened. That’s when these sleepy eyes of mine found a way for those two pillows to navigate to the places where my body needed them most.The big blue ball pillow was cushion to my face, bringing me more comfort than a bed made of a million fluffy ducks. And the neck pillow made for a better leg/body pillow, putting some squash between the knees and giving me something to curl up to. Ushering in the most comfortable of naps a man could ever ask for. Now I’ll be eventually be getting one for all, but as for now these will be mine. Because I just made the rule, whom ever shall drool on a pillow, can claim it as their own!!!Haha rules are rules And another one to consider, NO PILLOW FIGHTS I wonder though ….. Got this for my son who is disabled. He enjoys just holding it for the vibrating sensation. He also enjoyed it draped over his neck. The vibrating sensation was relaxing and put him to sleep! The foam covering is soft and comfortable to hold. So far it functions well. Took off one star because the on/off switch and the mode switch were backwards causing a bit of confusion.

Bought for a Xmas gift. Just put in batteries before wrapping and of course it doesn’t turn on at all. Garbage.

We have used this for sensory therapy, as a therapy tool. Think of it like a fidget spinner for the body. It provides good sensory inputs in a comfortable package so it nice against the skin. The noodle form factor allows the user to wrap it around their limbs, around the neck , waist or anywhere else. I have even seen it sat on.
