Original review: YALLLLLL!!! 🙌🏻 If you have IRREGULAR periods & want to regulate your cycle so you can conceive (or avoid) then this is GOLD!! I should start by saying that I have never been diagnosed with PCOS & have successfully had my little boy with zero fertility aids other than tracking my cycles using OPK’s & praying (My son is now 1 &1/2 so this was all before I found this vitamin). Okay....My cycles have never been regular since I got off birth control in college. In addition to irregular cycles, it seemed like every other cycle was so painful & debilitating for the first few days. It was awful!!! Now that we have this precious little boy, my husband & I decided in April 2020 to start trying for baby #2. Because it took me 8 long months to conceive with our little boy in 2018, I decided to start tracking my cycles as soon as I got my first cycle postpartum. Our little boy was born in April 2019 & I didn’t get my first cycle until September 2019, so I knew nothing changed as far as my regularity goes. 😑 Just for reference on my irregularity BEFORE I started taking Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro-Inositol, my cycles from Sep. 2019 to now (July 31 2020) are as follows: September 26- November 15 = 51 day cycle November 16 - FEBRUARY 6 = 83 day cycle February 7 - May 6 = 90 day cycle May 7 - June 12 = 37 day cycle ***June 13 - July 10 = 28 day cycle*** *June 17th 2020 I started taking BOTH the Myo-Inositol & D-Chiro-Inositol after researching the potential of these two when taken together for women trying to get pregnant/regulate their cycles. When I read that this is not only a naturally occurring chemical in our bodies but how it aids in regulating hormones I figured I would try it. I don’t remember the last time my periods were so predictable!! Seriously. It’s a game changer. I was nervous about ruining my cycles even more by starting off taking too much so, instead of taking 4 myo pills & 1 d-chiro pill like research says, I opted for taking just two Myo & 1 D-chiro per day. This has worked for me so I will keep that regimen for now. We dont write reviews on alot of products, even ones we do love. We order so much on amazon and to write reviews is time consuming. So let me just jump to my point here. Our daughter just turned 2 on June 2 I breast fed her until she was 14 months. Never took birth control but since I didnt get prego right away we figured breast feeding was acting as my birth control. So fully weaned at 14 months we kept trying and trying to concieve. We both took Maca root and both started taking HCG shots at home for the last 8 months. Nothing. I came across this product on amazon researching products to help. Read the reviews and though what the heck., told him I'm ordering these 2 bottles of pills they have REALLY good reviews. He said I think you should hold off. Let's see if the HCG works. I said it's not working we have been taking the injections for 6 months or more. So I ordered the pills these and the suggested myo ones. They arrived in 2 days I started taking them as directed on the bottle. Took them a little over 2 weeks straight. I started feeling sick around May 29th day before my birthday, didn't think much of it. He took me to eat seafood on May 30th for my birthday felt sick all day before and after eating. The next day I felt sick ( nauseated) all day. The June 2nd right b4 our Daughters second birthday party that day. I came home laid down felt so sick. I said something is seriously going on I feel so sick. ( iv been sick with all 3 of my pregnancies almost immediate.) But it still didnt dawn on me until he said jokingly.... "must be those pills got you pregnant already" I said yeah... lol because I know he didnt really believe that. Well I stood right up walked to the bathroom. Peed in my cup... (middle of the day) and my pee was so clear from drinking water all day... I said to him as I was doing this... well even if I am it's not going to show up right now this pre is so clear. I need to test in the morning. Sure enough within seconds I saw the 2 pink lines appearing. I was like no way! Omg.. these pills seriously worked. Then he said. You know we read that you can get a false positive from the hcg remember... so I lowered my excitement about the pills... and said ohhhh yeah. Well I retested each day after all positive... my sickness has only increased. I'm now taking diclegius (that I had left over from my last pregnancy) I have my first dr visit schedule for this weds June 13th just so they can confirm the pregnancy. I STRONGLY believe it was these pills taking them for a little over two weeks. I am HIGHLY recommending these to anyone trying to concieve. He still says ohhh you were prob knocked up before you even ordered those bottles and just didnt know it yet. I do know for most women morning sickness sets in around week 6. But for me, it's almost immediate. Usually around the 2 week mark. I looked it up and it's TRUE that infact some women can experience sickness as early as 2 weeks after conceiving. 🙋‍♀️ that would be me. Gonna be a long 3 months usually how long it lasts for me. I recommend to anyone with PCOS/infertility problems. I started with my husband in the 8th grade (24 years) we have been officially together for 18 years. In 2010 after years of no luck we decided to go to an infertility dr and on our 3rd cycle of IUI we were finally got pregnant! Nov. 2011 we welcomed our baby boy. Now I am over weight and borderline diabetes and do end up with gestational diabetes. I’m diagnosed with PCOS and take metformin to help with sugars and it regulates my period. With all that being said we decided to visit the infertility clinic again in 2017 and on 2nd cycle of IUI we received the great news we were pregnant again. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage at around 9 weeks (Jan 2018) and it devastated not only us but our son that was so excited to be a big brother! June 2018 a friend tells me how she researched these pills along with the myo-inositol and got pregnant within 1 month. I decided to give them a try (June 2018) a month went by I took a test it said negative but I didn’t lose faith and kept taking them. Again I don’t get my period/ovulate so didn’t give it much thought and decided to revisit infertility dr in Sept. 2018. When there doing normal routine he says to nurse “Do you see that?” In my head I’m thinking pills are working and maybe my cyst are gone or smaller. Dr flips screen around and says well Maria you have a big ol baby in you…your measuring about 16/17 weeks pregnant. Let me start off by saying I have PCOS. I was on birth control pills for nearly 5 years to try and help, but after some complications of being on them for so long, I quit them almost 6 months ago. I had a period within a month and a half of quitting them that lasted for 4 days, but then I didn't have another one after that. After doing some research, I decided to start taking this along with the same brand's myo-inositol mix. I started the myo-inositol about 3 weeks ago (1 scoop, 2x a day), and started taking these pills once a day at the same time as the mix. Within a week, I had started my period, and it lasted 6 days! Wow! It's been 2 weeks now, and I made sure to order a 6 month supply. Now, this may have been coincidence--maybe I would have had a period regardless. So do keep that in mind. But before the birth control pill, I'd have several months of no periods, then a month or two straight of period. This time, I had a normal 6-day period, and it's been a 4 days now, and I haven't bled since. Yay! And with all the research into inositol's effect on PCOS and the lack of side effects (since it's a sugar found in your body), along with the fantastic price point, I'd recommend giving it a try if you're able to. For anyone interested, my full routine for managing PCOS, after much research, consists of: Morning: Multivitamin, probiotics, 1 scoop myo-inositol mixed in 8 oz. water, 1 D-Chiro-Inositol pill, 600 mg Berberine, 1/2 tsp magnesium powder mixed in 8 oz. water. Night: 1 scoop myo-inositol mixed in 8 oz. water, 600 mg Berberine, 1 tsp magnesium powder mixed in 8 oz. water.

This coupled with myoinositol was great!! I came on my cycle, it shrunk the cyst on my ovaries and the one I had in my neck, so it definitely helps! HOWEVER, because this is a hormone pill, it broke me out really REALLY bad, I mean the acne I had was ridiculous. I felt like a teenager all over again, I didn't want to go out in public because the pimples were huge and bright red. I tried to continue on taking them but I had to give my face a break lol! So that was the down side for me. It may not happen to you, I would definitely say try them and don't expect for a pregnancy overnight, these things take time. Congrats to those who have conceived a couple months after taking these! But for anyone else, give it time, every body is different, don't get discouraged. Oh, and it does slow down the hairiness too, the hairs on my chin had slowed to maybe one strand a week, compared to like 10 every couple of days. So, there is hope! I would like to start by saying that I am the classic PCOS case, except I am lean. I started having issues with an irregular cycle when I was 15 years old, which made my pediatrician refer for to an endocrinologist. The endocrinologist just prescribed me some birth control pills. I never really wanted to be on birth control pills something about it just never sat right with me because I felt it was a band aid. Fast forward two years later, I decided to go to a holistic doctor. She told me how to change my diet. since I had elevated glucose levels, and to exercise regularly. I tried it for maybe two months but I wasn’t seeing any results. 17 year old me was annoyed with how long it was taking to fix my irregular cycles when I took the birth control pills it just worked immediately. I didn’t realize that the period on birth control pills is basically a “fake” period. So I went to a gynecologist and you’ve guessed it. He prescribed birth control pills and sent me on my way. I took them for another 8 years. I’m now 25 years old and decided I didn’t want to do it. So I began my research. All of what the holistic doctor had me doing was RIGHT. It just takes time for the body to heal. I stopped taking BC pills October of 2018 and did not get a period October-December. I changed my eating habits January of 2019 and started to exercise regularly. I got a period on January 26th NATURALLY. Just by getting my glucose levels to regulate. After a while the diet was not enough so I got no period. I decided to continue to eat right and do some research. I came across multiple studies that said myoinositol along with d-Chiro inositol is effective for people with PCOS. I have been taking this product, both myoinositol and d-Chiro inositol since October 6, 2019. I got a period 7 days (October 13th) after I started taking it in October. I continued to take it and got another period on November 17th. I continued to take it and now I’m on my third period that came on December 22nd. I want to make you aware that I basically can eat whatever I want while taking these supplements and my period still comes naturally. I do still follow the diet but I feel like I can live “normally” whereas before on just the diet and exercise I had to be so strict. My dosage I have came to stick to is (2) myoinositol supplements with (1) d-Chiro supplement. My cycles are 35 days. IT HAS BEEN PREDICTABLE AND CONSISTENT. I recommend this brand! I have tried other brands along the way and only this worked for me.

I’ve been taking these along with myo-inositol for well over a year now. Taking for pcos and to regulate my cycles. Unfortunately it hasn’t helped with my cycles. I’ve had 2 periods within this timeframe of taking the supplements. 2 notable things that it has improved is my thinning hair and some weight loss. My hair is noticeably thicker and I’ve even noticed new hair growth along my hairline at my forehead. I’ve lost some weight and bloating has went down significantly. Nothing in my diet has changed so can only contribute that to perhaps the supplements doing their job.

I felt like I was dying. I have PCOS and I'm peri-menopausal, and between the physical symptoms and the mood swings I hated life. Then I did some research and found that the "magic ratio" for Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro-Inositol is (1) D-Chiro-Inositol to (4) Myo-Inositol. So I tried it and magic happened. Just 1 day following the start the feeling of weights and cramping from my ovaries stopped dead in its tracks. Six days later the weird hair growth was gone. Ten days later the mood swings stopped and I felt emotionally balanced again. Fourteen days later the dry skin and hair receded and my hair on my head stopped thinning. I can't recommend this combination enough. It gave me back a life worth living.
