Easy to sharpen
Handy size, very sharp, well made. All stainless steel hardware, but my old original one had brass rivets in handle, but same design and feel. So much nicer than other styles to hold and use

Great in-hand paring knife
Great little paring knife for in-hand work on fruits & veggies. I have much more expensive paring knives, and this one is better in at least one way: the blade shape or profile seems hard to find and is perfect for coring & digging out small imperfections in otherwise good apples, potatoes, strawberries, tomatoes, et al. Value for money is excellent.

Not made in USA
Handle is a little hard to hold. However, the knife is very usable and sharp. The price reflects the country of orgin. Better than China by far.

Great Quality Knife
This paring knife is very well made at a great price. It has a full tang handle with wood grips and it is very sharp.

The knife is very solid, sits well in hand and looks cute. Too early to say how long it would hold the sharpness, as we only use it a few weeks, but so far, it's holding on and it's being used quite a bit.
