Really has held up
There are two squeakers, one in the bun, one in the hot dog. My dog (Maltese/Chihuahua) loves squeaking both! Also prefers this to being forced to wear shirts on game day!

Very cute for KCC
Squeaker didn’t work very well for one I ordered for my neighbors dog. Not sure about one I sent my niece. But otherwise it was cute and both dogs loved the toy.
