cover falls apart No Customer Service UPDATED 2/28/24
the instructions were terrible but we quickly figured it out. we love the size and accessibility, how ever after the 1st month a seam started to unravel, we mended it now the seam that holds the zipper and another side seam came apart. I called the customer service line asking if we could purchase a replacement cover since the frame is fine. They told me unfortunately we don't sell a replacement cover. We were willing to buy a new cover but since that is not possible, I would warn others not to buy this product or anything else from Outsunny "Aosom" as there customer service and quality of product is not worth your hard earned money.Customer service reached back out to us and offered us a full refund or a replacement, we choose the replacement, we are very happy that they reached out to us, but wished that their agent had helped us when we called. It is sad that it took us writing a bad review to get help. Hopefully the company will train their agents to give the customer options when they call to purchase a replacement item.

Was nice for a year
So even though it was a wonderful greenhouse, it didn't last a whole year before the plastic dissolved in the sun. leaving only the green mesh behind. Initially I loved this item (first winter), just plan on either disassembling (not an easy task) and putting away for summer, or disassembling and throwing away and ordering a new one each year...Definitely not recommended if you get winds over 20mph in the winter, nothing on the greenhouse will hold it down. I had to put tow straps around it and weight them down with cinder blocks to keep it on the ground from the occasional storms...

Mostly needed to replace the cover
Need mostly for some shade in the Arizona summer. Should be adequate for a couple more summers short of another extreme monsoon storm.

Fell apart after 5 months
As mentioned by other users the instructions were pretty useless. I was able to figure out assembly by looking at pictures of the assembled unit online for reference. After assembled and sitting in the sun for 5 months now, the cover has completely disintegrated. There are holes everywhere and it is flaking apart when touched. I expected it to last much longer than 5 months.UPDATE -- I contacted the vendor about this issue and they are able to replace the defective top. Hopefully the replacement lasts longer than the original order! Thanks.

Cover is already coming apart at the seams.
Just got it... 2 Issues. The stitching is coming apart at the seams and one of the Zippers has no way to open/close as there is no finger piece. In fact the zipper will come apart easily just by pulling the bottom apart so we put a safety pin across it.... Junk...I will also note that this instructions are also junk... but was able to put together based on a couple photos from the listing. I would gladly write/design new instructions for a price... :)

Horrible quality
1) No directions, so I had to do a lot of re-dos to figure it out.2) Quality is pretty horrible - light aluminum pipes instead of galvanized steel.3) Cover is made of plastic - I will post an update on how long it will last under direct sunlight. Also on cover - it is very short, not possible to put a layer of soil to keep it down securely (i.e. no way yo prevent squirrels/ rats going in)4) Once assembled, it makes a very flimsy structure that has no sturdiness. Little metal stick included in the package are ridiculously short - I had to buy metal holders to secure this piece of *** to the ground. - After spending a day and a half on assembling it, there is very little hope it will work as intended. Next time I for sure will look for something more expensive.

No directions
- this comes with zero directions- I wasn't expecting top tier quality, but it's pretty bad. The velcro for the windows doesn't line up, there is no stop for the zippers (if you're not careful, you may lose a zipper all together), the loops for tie downs are a flimsy ribbon (not the heavy duty nylon ones pictured), the plastic liner isnt even so some sections can barely be anchored/buried.It will work for what I need, but I should have just spent the extra money for a better quality.
