Q: What type of packaging do they come in. A box or a bag? Is it suitable for gift giving?

These are nice and big. They come in a plastic bag. I ordered once and everything was okay. When I ordered a second bag from the company, I got them in a bag that was torn, and several of the figures had guns with broken tips. The tips to the guns were in the bag/ box they came in.... so I knew it had to happen with shipping and handling. Hope this helps.

Q: Are these made in USA?

No. China. I know.... kind of crazy.

Q: What color are they? Are they the usual toy soldier green or an odd color of green?

They are actually pretty close to the color in the picture. Not sure what the usual toy soldier color is.

Q: Do you get all different poses per order of twelve?

In my order of 12, there were 9 different poses ( 3 figures were duplicates).
