Both sizes will work well. It depends on how much surface space you would like. The standard size is 19.75" wide and will fit nicely with a small amount of overhang. The large is 24" wide and will give you more space. Holding a tape measure over the sink will give you a better feel for the fit and amount of overhang.

Yes, Sink Topper works great for pedestal sinks. We recommend measuring your sink for the best fit. Both the standard and large size will work well. The standard size is 19 and 3/4" wide and the large size is 24" wide. Each size only needs about a 1/2" of surface to rest on. One of the pictures also shows additional dimension information.

It should work if the rectangular sink is small enough for the topper to overlap the sides some. The sink topper is 24" side-to-side and 15.5" front-to-faucet. This sink topper has a sturdy rigid frame that is covered in the rubber-ish material.
