Samsonite® Cosmolite 27" Spinner Luggage Cosmolite Red

I already own a Samsonite Cosmolite 32", so i decided to buy a slightly smaller on. Being lightweight, you can pack in at least an extra 2 kilograms.The luggage is great, because the luggage can turn 360 degrees, you dont have to drag your luggage like you with other ones, you can just push it or pull it beside you.But the 27" has its limits of how much you can pack. Around 23kgs the pack is bursting full and I could not pack anymore. So if you are allowed to check in higher luggage limits like 32kgs when you are flying, i recommend buying the 32" spinner.

The rubber hinges on the side of the suit case will crack. Then you have to take it to warranty place which is sometimes far away. It does not take them long to start splitting. We do not even travel that much.

The suit case is super light. It allows you to put more things for travel. The four wheels make it easy to push or pull even it is full. I bought the same suit case again.

Bought the set. One large check in and the carry on. Extremely disappointed to find out that the large one was already scratched, pretty deep one too, by the time I got home. Not from a trip, not from the airport, but from taking this home after buying these brand new from the store. They have only been in the trunk. For almost $1000 for the set, I had hoped that these would be more durable. Can't imagine what would happen to the check in bag after the airline throws it around. While the bags would probably hold up and not break because of the woven material, I don't expect them to stay pretty for long. Also a negative...the telescoping handle is made up of 1 rod, so forget about hanging extra carry on or laptop bag on top of your luggage as it will not stay put on the single rod handle. More like 2.5 stars for lightweight and awesome modern look.

Too light and cheapest price......And the design is very modern.I like it and always take it whenever I travel...

It is clear that the primary design point for this series is weight, and Samsonite delivers. There are many glowing reviews of this series that focus on this characteristic. I have only had one flight with this bag so far. Time will tell how durable it is. My main complaint is that it scratches very easily. I say again, it scratches easily. Some product descriptions mention that it has an anti-scratch coating. That is hard to believe. I understand that bags will wear when the airline gorillas get their paws on them, but this bag scratched quite a bit with just one trip in checked luggage. It is not a good sign and really unacceptable at this price point.UPDATE: I ended up exchanging this back for a more traditional (and way cheaper) soft sided edition.

I didnt even notice that it was the luggage when the shipment arrived. It is really light weight and worth the money

The item was in exelent condition when it arrived and it came within the days it said it would come.
