Can you see the lead colour through the barrel?

You can see a small portion of the lead just before it feeds into the tip. Otherwise the lead hidden inside a white portion inside the barrel

Why does it cost so much more for the pentel quick click .7mm canister than the .5mm canister? I would Love to order them but i cant afford that much

The .7 is a wider, heavier line. I personally prefer the .5. It looks more like regular writing lines - not big and heavy. I also think it's easier to write with.
