LANEIGE Lip Glowy Balm: Sheer Tinted Lip Moisturizer with Shea Butter, for Hydrating Shine & Soft Lips

I bought the LANEIGE Lip Glowy Balm for my wife, and I can confidently say this is not just lip balm—this is a lifestyle upgrade. First of all, the hydration is real. Thanks to the shea butter, her lips went from “winter survival mode” to “rom-com close-up ready” in about 10 seconds. It’s smooth, lightweight, and gives a perfect sheer tint that says effortlessly put together without trying too hard. The glowy shine is chef’s kiss—just enough to look polished, not sticky or “did you just eat a donut?” glossy. It smells amazing (but not overpowering), applies easily, and somehow makes dry lips disappear like they were never a problem in the first place. Bonus points: it’s small enough to live in every purse, jacket pocket, or mysterious drawer—and once she starts using it, it becomes non-negotiable. I’ve already been informed that this is now a repeat purchase item.

Definitely my favorite lip gloss to date. It’s a little pricey, but I do have to say, it’s WELL worth it. It’s not sticky in the slightest, just soft and hydrating. It’s long lasting, and I will definitely be back to buy more once I’m out. This will be your favorite lip gloss, I guarantee it! It’s worth the little splurge, and when used sparingly it can last months.

I really love this lip balm. It feels very moisturizing without being sticky or heavy, and it gives a nice glossy shine that looks natural on the lips. The formula is smooth and comfortable, and my lips stay hydrated for hours. I like that the tint is sheer and wearable for everyday use. It’s great on its own or layered over lip liner or lipstick. Definitely a good everyday lip balm and worth repurchasing.

i wish it had more "tea" scent but it does smell like what it is. i dont think it smells like grass or floral at all so i am not sure why this scent has such polarizing reviews. maybe you just have to try it for yourself. to me this smells exactly like the actually boba pearls itself with a hint of powdery slightly lactonic green tea. and no to whoever says it smells like elizabeth arden green tea, u lied and im sad lol. its not overpowering at all so i dont mind it and enjoy it more than other scents ive tried. packaging is cute and small so travel friendly without leakage and i prefer this applicator than the curved ones that are going viral as of late. i hope one day they upgrade to metal applicators. it has a mute tone to it where it kind of cancels out the redness of lips but it isnt super milky white or green on the lips for me, just a hint of a veil of mute-ness and enhances the color of my natural lips and make them look smoother and almost angelic/baby pink if that makes sense. i think its nice to tone down lip products that might be too bright as a topper because it does have that grey-ish hue. this formula is great as toppers as it doesnt feel / look heavy at all. its thin but its extremely comfortable as it doesnt feel like a lip gloss but more of a liquid lip balm. it doesnt completely fill in the lines of the lips so it doesnt have that feeling of having a thick latex glove feeling covering the lips like some of the peptide lip balms feel. its on the thinner side so it will dissapear quickly but it does leave the lips moisturized and smooth. it isnt super thin where it feels like its dripping down the chin like some other thinner lip balms on the market where its just a greasy mess. i can tell i like a balm's formula or not very quickly because for me what matters the most is how "comfortable" they are on the lips. i think laneige has the most comfortable feeling and i can look past on reapplying since it feels really nice going on the lips. as it fades the lips stay hydrated which is very important to me. i dislike applying lip balm or gloss because my lips feel dry throughout the day. this one makes my lips feel naturally hydrated after its faded where i feel i dont need to reapply unless i want my lips to be glossy or have more shine or simply to smell it again. This is the lip gloss balm that i can wear under a mask where it doesnt feel nasty. I have sensory issues with a lot of balms and lip glosses out there and i have to admit laniege has been a favorite and its been a decade of my trying other lip balms and this formula still impresses me. i hate the greasy "butter" feeling of summer fridays where its like melting butter, its thin in a bad way whereas this one is thin but has some grip. it also isnt thickening like the ole henriksen or eadem. eadem is thick and almost feel like elmer's glue in a dry gloss way while ole h is goopey syrup-y occlusive if that makes sense. ive also tried others like glossier, experiment, topicals, too faced, dior, chanel, all the drugstore brands, chineses and kbeauty brands, sheglam etc you name it ive tried it and looking at packaging, scent, taste, price per gram and overall comfort and feel i definitely recommend laneige overall.

The LANEIGE Lip Glowy Balm is definitely on the pricey side, but it’s very hydrating and gives a nice shiny finish. It has a pleasant smell, though it can feel a bit sticky at first. The size is perfect for keeping in your purse or even your pocket. Overall, a nice product—part of what you’re paying for is the brand name.

Winter absolutely destroys my lips. Between cold air, wind, heat blasting in the car, and dry indoor air, they crack fast and stay mad about it. This Lip Glowy Balm is the one thing that actually brings them back to life overnight ✨ The texture is glossy but not sticky, and it melts in quickly without feeling heavy. I put it on before bed and wake up with lips that feel soft, hydrated, and normal again, not tight or flaky. And yes, it still feels good in the morning, which says a lot. I keep one in my car for emergency lip situations and another on my bedside table because I’m gonna forget if I don’t. The squeeze tube makes it easy to apply without digging a finger into a pot, and a little goes a long way. The berry tint is subtle and pretty, nothing loud, just healthy looking lips 🍓 If winter dries out your lips like it does mine, this is a must. It’s one of those products you don’t realize you rely on until it’s gone, and then suddenly everything feels wrong 😅 Highly recommend for cold weather, travel, or anyone who wakes up with crusty lips no matter what they do.

My favorite brand of lip glowy, I have tried them all. This one is not sticky, does Not ball up in the corners of your lips like cheap ones do. They ALL Smell phenomenal! No toxic bad taste! Nothing on the market is better!

Great lip product NOT STICKY and easy for putting in your bag and going places! Brown color is great for darker lip shades/colors! ABSOLUTELY love to use before sleep or over a BROWN LIP COMBO!

El producto llegó en buen estado y nuevo. Ya había probado otros productos de la marca Laneige, pero nunca este labial y puedo decir que es muy bueno. Mantiene hidratados los labios durante el día y huele delicioso. Tengo la mascarilla de noche y es un súper kit para mis labios.
