Good heat output
I purchased this to help ease and treat lumbar pain in my back , my physiotherapist had recommended that I should use a heat pad. This has multiple settings and gives really good heat output, it's a good size and I can wrap it around my lower back and it with it working watching TV or reading. The lead and control look good quality and the pad is a nice fleece fabric. Very happy and so far used it daily with no problems.

Very small, very thin but very portable
I bought this as I have pain in my hips and lower back. It’s very easy to move from sofa to bed to desk as it’s very thin and very small. If you a larger person you might find it too small. However, I’ve been using it for 24 hours and due to it being small and thin you don’t really know it’s there! It has relieved my back and hip stiffness and pain really well. It’s extremely easy to use and carry around wherever you need to sit and cuts off if you forget to turn it off. Before I bought this I was using microwave heat packs but as this is continuous heat for as long as you need it it’s so much better. Settings are 1 to 6, I’m currently writing this review on setting 4 and my backside is getting a bit hot now so will dial down to 2. I think it’s a bit pricey as I could have bought an entire electric blanket for the same price but it is doing the job and would ultimately recommend for us oldies who need a bit of natural pain relief.

Very good customer service, which resolved issues.
I like this brand (was formerly Maxkare) so bought this because of brand reliability. At first I was happy with it, except for the fleece material which is not soft at all. It's scratchy and rough. You can see, in the pic, raised fibres which almost feel as if they're burnt. I contacted the seller who said it's normal, and not a defect. That was disappointing as I prefer the comfort of soft fleece. But on day three an alarming development, the thermostat stopped working. I'd have it on setting 2 and it'd heat up to the equivalent of setting 5 or 6. This is worrying as the highest setting is quite hot, and an unreliable controller does make me worry about safety.Edit: the seller got in touch. They were concerned to hear about my experience and offered a full refund. This suggests the brand's high quality remains as they clearly were troubled to hear about issues and rectified it immediately. Will be happy to order a replacement.
