We do not chew them because they taste gross but if you swallow them, it’s fine. They do not leave an aftertaste. They have great ingredients that are very clean! I really like standard process supplements! They’re easy to swallow and they do not cause any discomfort in your stomach so you can take these on an empty stomach.

I took these to help with BV because i saw a girl on tiktok taking them for that reason, but not everything works for everyone so I dont believe these helped me with that problem
