I am 40 inch bust and 5'8" tall, 148 pounds, some customers say this runs very small, would XXL fit me?

I am 155 lbs and is also a 40 inch bust. I order a xl and it was a little tight around the bust. Everything else fits perfect. A XXL may fit the bust better but may hang a little loose.
