The case is a great size and it will hold most of the medications that we need, but the way it was designed, the individual small vial compartments do not allow for a secure storage of the vials. The clear plastic material is folded under each compartment and that pushes the smaller vials (1-2 ml) out of the holder. So when the case is closed or opened some of the vials fall out. If the plastic was not folded under, but instead laid flat under the other row of holders that might make it work better. The pictures should make it easier to understand.

drug pockets rip easily. Not a good buy.

Keep in mind; this is a medication bag, not a medic bag. You need to purchase medical bag aside from this. As a medic, I was able to store all the medications; vials and ampules of all sizes. Easy and convenient and you're able to easily tag with a seal if your agency requires you to do so. I'll post pictures later.
