Love this stuff. I mix this in my water every morning, along with diatomaceous earth and Konsyl. Hope it really contains all the nutrients it states it has. I don't feel any different, but it's like taking vitamins. Sometimes you notice a difference, but sometimes you don't. I just keep buying it as it helps to get the rest of my stuff down. The taste is good. I've used it for 5 or 6 years.

I love this stuff. I've been using it for years. I use the antioxidant one and it makes my skin so soft. If I take a break and then restart, I notice a major improvement in my skin in just a few days. It makes my skin so soft, I hope it's has just as much benefits internally.
