It is as claimed on web site *by J***. on Reviewed in Canada on 6 February 2022* So far i have NO problems with this.Contrary to other reviews ...1) I ordered and received the weighted model which is good because i have Arthritis and muscle twitches.2) One of the first things i did was to pour boiling water all over the cup and lid several times, and NO problems with shape or lid fitting. However, do NOT put this into a dishwasher with heating elements turned on as that most likely WILL damage it... HAND wash only.3) Tight fitting lid is a good thing, BUT to avoid getting burnt from any steam or liquid that might splash out when pushing it on... lay a cloth or thick folded paper towel over the top when pushing it on.4) The warning on the plastic bag about cancer .... that is somewhat of a concern... but i wonder IF they just meant the bag materials? IF they mean the cup itself might because it contains PVC ( poly vinyl chloride ) ? .... IF BPA that would only release cancerous materials IF say heated up in a microwave to high temperatures.
