they were ok ,but,didnt realize they so flexable,still can use them,but awkward to place.

We have been using the visco ped insoles for years and would never dream of being without them in our shoes! I know they seem pricey, especially if one is use to buying the brand names as the big box store but these are so worth the money! Especially as one gets older, the comfort is worth it! They provide a layer of cushion that will let you be on your feet all day long. If you stay on your feet at work travel, hike, or a runner treat yourself! They last a long time, eventually you will wear down an area, and they are still usable. You will definitely get your money's worth from them.

Didn't make me feel better. The pain was still there.

A little small, pricey. Seems to be holding up Okay.Update: it's 2022 and I have worn them everyday and they are still holding up! There's some wear but I guess I got my money out of them.

I was given a set of heel cups 20 years ago by my doctor at Kaiser Permanente, and he recommended the full length inserts.
