Worked great for 6 weeks. Great ice. Unfortunately it all stopped suddenly. Too late to return.

This ice machine does not work. We followed the directions for use. It would run long enough to make a few ice cubes then would automatically cut itself off. Do not waste your money!!!

Bought this for salon use. Great size and easy to use. Makes ice quickly and we love it. So handy to have ice and make our own drinks for clients and ourselves.

We’ve had ice makers before - of course, they don’t last forever. But this one lasted less than six months! Amazon should stop selling these machines if they stop working so quickly.

It makes ice just fine. It works fire what we need. The only drawback is that the ice is melted on the surface. So when you put it in your freezer, it all sticks together

I bought this for making ice for our drinks at our beach home. It works great and makes ice fairly quick! I highly recommend it.

Easy to use but after starting to use it , it has a funky smell. Wecleabed it with vinegar & water & it still has the smell.The ice tastes fine. We empty the ice into a new zip lock bag which didn't have any smell to it but after taking ice out of icemaker bin it seemed to have a fishy like smell.We've used water from our filtered pitcher & we made sure that was OK. Just can't figure it out. We cleaned it again with vinegar & water & it still stinks. Note, the ice doesn't have any bad taste to it. ** This was my second ice maker. The first 1 stopped working 32 days after receiving it. So far its working fine. We make sure our stuff is clean so I don't get why the smell.

Waste of good money. Works good for a little while, then just stopped. Tried all the trouble shooting tips and none helped. Before I ever buy another, I will check out reviews.
