Waste of your money *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on October 25, 2018* First, I get lots of compliments on this bag. It's really classy and the colors go very well together.However, the quality is poor. It's so disappointing because the bag is beautiful and I want to love it, but it has fallen apart three times.After one month, the strap stitching on the side came apart at a crosswalk, dumping my bag all over a busy intersection. I stitched it back together (pictured), wrote the company, and they sent me a new bag.I'm using the new bag and six months later, the metal clip on the strap snapped off at the neck (pictured; dumping my stuff again). No problem; I clipped it back and while it no longer swivels, it works. Functional.Today after 14 months, the other buckle suddenly split at the thickest part of this cheap metal (pictured), dumping my things down a staircase. My literal breaking point.I carry a compact umbrella, a 1.76lb tablet, a small wallet, charge cable, gum, keys, pens, and a stylus. It all weighs under 3 lbs.Also, the leather detailing on the paneling started to flake off at about 4 months in (pictured).Given that this bag will last about 6 - 12 months before it falls apart, it's a waste of your money, contributes to our throw-away culture, and teaches me to invest in a nice bag that will last instead of a cheap POS where the bottom line is profit. Really disappointed with this company.
