Not all Quaker oats are gluten-free. Quaker oats with a gluten-free label are certified gluten-free, but regular Quaker oats are not.

Once you add hot water, how long does it need to sit before eating?

I wait at least 20 minutes mainly for Oats to Absorb & soften by hot milk or water? For easier swallowing.

Why do they not have a box of bananas and cream only?!?

I get it… I really do. I felt the same way before Quaker Oats began to make a Box of only Peaches and Cream. However Amazon not the customers who bought Peaches and Cream isn’t the place that question because all we can say is; because they don’t. Be a squeaky wheel at Quaker Oats. Send them emails, call them, Facebook site comments etc. I wish you luck and hope they listen to your request as they finally heard ours.
