Used white and gray (and pink from a different brand) to make an accent wall in my girls' room. Easy to install and adhesive is strong enough to stick but not too strong that they cannot be (somewhat easily) removed. Liked it so much I purchased squares (different brand) for my son's room. Can't comment much on sound proofing since I used it purely for decor but I would recommend them.

It's simple and easy to set up, things is two panels came off in just a couple of hours.....so I added the extra adhesive tape to it and it set it back up. Going to order another pack but not surprised if they start to come off again. I'd recommend buying another brand that is higher quality but if you don't mind buying adhesive tape then get this.
